Angela Eagle Bio
Dame Angela Eagle DBE is a British politician of the Labour party who served as the Member of Parliament for Wallasey since 1992. She was born on 17 February 1961, in Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. Currently, she is 60 years old as of 2021.
Family and Education
She was born to Shirley who is a factory worker and Andre Eagle who is a print worker. She completed her early education at St. Peter’s C of E Primary School and Formby High School. In 1983, she studied Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from St John’s College, Oxford, and graduated from the university with a second class Bachelor’s degree in Arts. She was also the chairman of Oxford University Fabian society from 1980 to 1983. And in 1976, she was also a joint winner of the British girl’s under 18 Chess Championship.

Then in October 2011, she was chosen Shadow leader of the House of Commons. In September 2015, she was appointed as both Shadow First Secretary of State and Shadow Secretary of State for Business, Innovation, and Skills.
In June 2016, she resigned from her position in the Shadow Cabinet.
